The Art House, run by Ana, is a small, friendly and independent art studio in Weston-super-Mare, offering tuition and teaching in a wide range of media and techniques including drawing with pencil, charcoal, pen, pastels, painting with inks, watercolours, oils, acrylics, and creating mixed-media work and even some print-making.

A little bit about Ana
After studying History of Art and Architecture at Glasgow Uni, and qualifying with an M.A in 2001, Ana spent a year working as a dancer and youth-worker for NGM. Ana then came to Weston to complete an Art Foundation diploma and went on to do a PGCE in Art and Design at UWE.

Ana has been teaching since 2005, both in the UK and in Europe and loves helping people of all ages to reach their creative potential.

She is an multi-media artist, enjoying all types of art but her current passion is painting with acrylics, when she finds time!
