If I haven't responded to your enquiry within a few days- huge apologies, in advance! I am a one-woman band with a young child, an energetic young labrador pup and a hard-working husband! It may take me longer to respond during the school holidays. Please feel free to chase up your message/email/phone call!
Access: When you arrive, come down the side of the building and through the big gates. The drive is tarmac, then through the gates are stones and then a slightly raised patio. The studio is at the end of the extention, through double patio doors. It is seperated from the rest of the house and has its own toilet and sink. There is a slight step up and then down into the studio. Wheelchair access to the studio may be possible but I am so sorry that the toilet would not be accessible.
The energetic young labrador is likely to bark to let me know you are there and because he wants to say hello! Don'd be alarmed, he usually quietens down quickly. He is usually kept out of the way until I know visitors are ok with dogs as he can be very enthusiastic in his greeting and he does love to come and say hello and loves to be loved! If he's out and he runs up, please try to tell him to sit or ignore him until he calms down. But please do let me know if you don't like dogs! If he throws a ball at your feet, I'd refrain from throwing it for him. because a) its probably a gross ball. b) he is obsessed and has been known to skid and slam into things to retrive the ball c) once you do it once, he wont leave you alone!
